The London Festival of Architecture is a city-wide celebration of architecture and architectural talent in the UK capital. It brings architects and communities together to examine how we make London a better place.
The theme of the 2012 Festival - ‘The Playful City’ – responds to the presence in London of the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

International Architecture and Design Showcase 2012
All hubs »The International Architecture and Design Showcase 2012,curated by the British Council, is a summer gathering of exceptional architectural and design projects from across the world. Between 21 June and 23 September, beginning with the London Festival of Architecture, more than 50 of London’s embassies and national cultural institutes will be participating, inspired by the international focus on London for 2012. The International Showcase includes exhibitions, talks, installations and film-screenings taking place in fascinating locations around London.
